NINTENDO SWITCH!

As a Nintendo Kid Reviewer I was invited to a preview event to set out the new Nintendo Switch!

The graphics are intense!!

I loved every minute playing each game, and can not wait to get the Nintendo Switch in my hands on March 3. Take a look!

As you may know by now I did break my arm, so yes my little sister did beat my butt in Street Fighter 2… I need a rematch once the cast is off!

Nintendo Hosts Disney Art Academy Preview Event with Sabrina Carpenter

Disney Channel actress Sabrina Carpenter, or as I know her Maya Hart, stopped by the Nintendo NY store for a Disney Art Academy preview event.  Spending the morning with playing and getting lesson in Disney Art Academy from Sabrina Carpenter was AWESOME!!

Take a look, at my video below I will admit I was a little shy, how can I not be?!

Have you ever been shy meeting a celebrity?  Tell me about it below in the comments.

Update:  I am totally obsessed with this game, mom says when I am so quiet when playing it, she forgets I am even there. LOL

Nintendo NY is officially open! #PlayNintendo

We arrived at the Nintendo NY store at 9 am, and already the line was down and around the block! People must have spent the night waiting for Nintendo World to reopen at noon.

I am so grateful I am a Nintendo Kid Reviewer because I was able to go in early, and attend the ribbon cutting ceremony with Charles Martinet the voice of Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi.

I had my birthday party at the Nintendo Store last year, and I loved the store then, but now its even cooler!

The new look includes a 15 foot screen which I really enjoyed playing Twilight Princess on, new demo stations for both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

“Nintendo is constantly evolving its experiences for fans,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “The new Nintendo NY store is a must-see location for anyone that has a memory of Nintendo, or who wants to see what Nintendo has in store for the future.”

I agree, and plan to spend much more time in the Nintendo NY store, and hope you will join me!

Valentine’s Day the Nintendo Way

Hi Guys!

My friends at Nintendo sent me the coolest Valentine’s Day cards and candies to share with my friends.  With cards from Splatoon, Mario, and Legends of Zelda and candies I know they are going to love them. Telling them I care about them the way I love best with NINTENDO, is awesome!

Fossil Fighter Frontier for Nintendo 3DS

Being a part of the Nintendo Kids Review Program I was invited with my family to a private demo of  Fossil Fighters Frontier for Nintendo 3DS at the Nintendo World Store in Manhattan.

Fossil Fighters Frontier is a great game for kids and also to play as a family so we wanted to share it with you and give you the chance to check it out, like we did before it launches this month.

Kid Review: Shopping for new Nintendo games from home via the eshop #PlayNintendo

#PlayNintendo Kid Reviewer JDPs World

Being a part of the Nintendo Kid Reviewer program has been awesome.  Recently Nintendo sent me a $20 gift card to shop at the eshop!

Mom loved the idea because it meant she didn’t have to take me to the store and wait around for hours until I decide which game to buy.  I also loved shopping the eshop because I could see what the game is about before buying it.

Have you shopped the eshop on the WiiU, or the 3DS? Or do you still shop the old fashion way of getting dressed, getting in the car, and shopping at an actual store?

Review Wii U Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze #PlayNintendo

#PlayNintendo Kid Reviewer JDPs World

I am ready to help Donkey Kong and his friends take their homes back from the Vikings in the Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze game.   Donkey Kong’s island was invaded by strong and powerful, sea creatures vikings,  like polar bears, sea lions.  After these vikings take over, it will take Donkey Kong and his family to get their home back.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze JDPs World

Five reasons I love playing Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

1.  Dixie Kong is back to join the adventure and she has the ability to spin her ponytail while she jumps to fly higher than before.  Diddy Kong is also back and can fly using a jet-back. Donkey Kong is lucky because he can team up with either one.  Each character has special abilities and they can visit certain areas using their abilities and explore secrets in those places.

2. Donkey Kong can pull things out of the ground to reveal items, he can also ground pound,  and pick up enemies and throw them at other enemies.  Mom says it reminds her of Super Mario Borthers 2 when Mario and Luigi pulled vegetables out of the ground to throw at their enemies.

3.  In other Donkey Kong games the camera showed only side views, in Tropical Freeze there is a revolving camera which shows different angles, which has never been seen before on Donkey Kong OOHHHH, AHHHH!

4. Donkey Kong and his family have to travel across five islands which include underwater areas and frozen environments  to get closer and closer to Donkey Kong island to battle vikings to regain access to their homes. Sounds like it could be a fun family vacation if they weren’t trying to get back to rescue their island from the vikings.

5. Love that Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is a multi-player game because now my cousin and I can team up and play together.

The game launches on December 6 so be sure to add it to your Holiday wish-list!
